While there is only 1 month left until Brexit, there is still no certainty about any UK industry. Except... Property Investment.

A recent study shows that Brexit has made a very limited impact on the UK’s property market, with no price fluctuation or market activity fall whatsoever.

Moreover, 8 out of 10 investors claim that they plan to increase their property portfolio in 2019.

East Midlands remains one of the best region for property investment. While the average British property’s value increased only by 1.02%, East Midlands prices rose by 2.91% to an average of £220,746.00.

Home Track experts believe that property prices in the East Midlands will continue to rise this year. 

According to Richard Donnell of Zoopla, affordability levels remain attractive. Mortgage lenders are keen to lend to those who meet the criteria, that is why there is no need to panic about the post-Brexit employment levels and mortgage rates.
